Ms paint
If you have a windows computer, you most likely already have Microsoft paint on your computer. MS Paint(Microsoft Paint) is a default program to the windows computers. Although it is a basic program, it has its pros and cons. For one thing, MS Paint is easy to understand. When I first found it, I had figured everything out in the next few minutes.I think MS Paint is usually used for spriting and drawing. There are no water colours or pens, but there are solids and tones. You have your basic tool, you size changeable canvas, your colour palette, some basics effects you can do, what more do you really need from your basic program?
You can even make some decent graphics in paint. I know I've made some good layouts with MS Paint before. ;D
In case you don't know where to find MS Paint on your computer, go to the start menu, all programs, go into the accessories folder, and you'll see Paint. :3
