Platinum
Pokemon Platinum, like pearl and diamond, takes place in the Sinnoh region, but it will have some major differences compared to those games. The most obvious one is the whole team galactic plot line, which eventually leads you up to sky pillar and into the distortion world. Now I'm not going to spoil anything in this little summary here, so I'll just say the distortion world is a puzzle of fun!
Not only is there that other dimension, but there's also the fact that you can catch more then those same legendary Pokemon in d/p. Once you get the National Dex you'll soon find out that the three legendary birds, Articuno, Moltres, and Zapdos, have been spotted in Sinnoh. You can use your marking app to check them out.
Now, speaking of the apps, the poketch now has a forward and back button. I thought that was kinda nifty.
Since I'm on a roll, here's a quick piece of info about a change in the game. Most of the Gyms have changed. Like the 2nd gym for example. Instead of having to find and battle all the people, there's a giant clock in the middle of the gym that will take you to each different trainer, then eventually the leader.
To finish this off, I thought I'd let you readers know, Pokemon may not level up learning the same moves they did in d/p. They may learn the same attacks, or learn some different ones with the old sets.
