Starters
When you get to choose your starter in Pokemon Ruby or Sapphire, you may choose on of the following; Treeko, Torchic, or Mudkip. You may only choose one, so choose wisely!
Treeko 
: Treeko is a grass Pokemon. Treeko has a high speed but a low defense. At level 16 Treeko evolves into Grovyle and at level 36 Grovyle evolves into Sceptile.
Torchic 
: Torchic is a fire Pokemon. Torchic has a high special attack but a low defense. At level 16 Torchic evolves into Combusken and at level 36 Combusken evolves into Blaziken.
Mudkip 
: Mudkip is a water Pokemon. Mudkip has a high attack but a low speed. At level 16 Mudkip evolves into Marshtomp and at level 36 Marshtomp evolves into Swampert.
